About me
Story Time
For a long time, I believed my career had to be purely analytical - focused on numbers, structure, and logic.
With an MSc in Finance and years of experience in corporate finance roles across different countries, that path felt like the obvious choice. I enjoyed working with data, risk, and systems. But over time, it became clear that something was missing.
What truly motivated me wasn’t just analyzing numbers - it was helping people understand them.
As my career evolved, so did my communication and coaching skills. Alongside my finance roles, I began collaborating with Learning & Development teams, designing and delivering training sessions on topics such as stakeholder management, time management, and unconscious bias. Through this work, I saw how much more effective knowledge becomes when it’s paired with empathy, clarity, and real support.
Combined with my ongoing ICF ACC Coaching certification, this experience shaped the way I work today.
Through this work, I saw how much more effective becomes when it’s paired with empathy, clarity, and real support.
Outside of coaching, I’m deeply curious about the world and how people live. I’ve traveled solo across different continents and lived in five different countries -experiences that taught me adaptability, self-trust, and how to feel at home in unfamiliar places.
I love long journeys and open roads, but I also appreciate the grounding rituals that bring balance. I enjoy baking (and make an excellent banana bread), and I stay connected to my body through obstacle races, CrossFit, and yoga. Movement, much like money, has taught me the importance of strength, flexibility, and knowing when to push and when to pause.
These experiences shape how I coach: with structure and intention, but also with curiosity, playfulness, and respect for each person’s unique rhythm.
I would love to help you find your way:
